DERRICK CLEVENGER – Executive Vice President of Finance
Derrick came to GWS in 2022. At GWS, Derrick is responsible for finance, accounting, and human resources. Prior to joining GWS, Derrick spent 15 years in various finance and accounting roles within multiple global manufacturing companies. Derrick is an active CMA, holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a BA from Hanover College.
ADAM LAFFERTY – Executive Vice President of Sales
Adam came to GWS in 2010. Adam is responsible for oversight of the GWS commercial team. Prior to joining GWS, Adam served as a corporate consultant for various organizations, as well as VP of Business Development for General Electric. Adam earned his BS in Business Management and Marketing from Butler University.
RICHARD BOYLE – Executive Vice President of Operations
Richard came to GWS in 2022. Prior to joining GWS, Richard spent 17 years in various globalized roles in metal cutting and supply operations within Sandvik Machining Solutions. Before that, Richard worked in the automotive industry, covering die and mold, IT, and project management. Richard is an ECU, ETI, and ACC alumnus. He is responsible for the oversight and execution of manufacturing and supply activities within the GWS Tool Group.
TOMAS ROMAN – Executive Vice President of Engineering
Tomas Came to GWS in 2009. Tomas is responsible for the oversight of GWS engineering including cutting tool engineering and design, product development and quality control. Prior to his current position, Tomas held several other notable roles at GWS, including Managing Director of Operations and Director of Customer Service. He is involved in the local technical colleges machining programs in the surrounding Tavares, FL area, and sits on the board of directors for the MACF.
